The HIR welcomes submissions of academic pieces on the topic of International Relations. All submission must use in-text citations, as the HIR does not use footnotes. Please include an author bio with your submission.

The Perspectives section welcomes submissions of articles between 3500-4000 words. These pieces should be argumentative and focus on pertinent issues in international relations. Please email submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Spotlight section welcomes policy-proposal type or empirical-data based pieces, exposing the international relations world to exciting new research. Please email submissions to email@example.com.
