Stephen Goose is the director of Human Rights Watch's Arms Division. He has been involved with the adoption of many international treaties, including the 2008 convention banning cluster munitions, the 1997 treaty banning antipersonnel mines, the 1995 protocol banning blinding lasers, and the 2003 protocol requiring clean-up of explosive remnants of war.
Mary Wareham is advocacy director of HRW's Arms Division. She also serves as the global coordinator of the Campaign to Stop Killer Robots. Wareham previously served as advocacy director for Oxfam New Zealand.
