Janet Currie is the co-director of Princeton University’s Center for Health and Wellbeing and Princeton’s Henry Putnam Professor
of Economics and Public Afairs. Having spent time on the National
Academy of Sciences’ Committee on National Statistics as well as
vice president of the American Economic Association, her background
is a testament to her interest and expertise in both health sciences and
economics. Currently, she is working on analyzing the socioeconomic
inequalities of health, as well as environmental determinants of
health and mental well-being.
